Description
- Direct the entire maintenance process from start to finish, ensuring all work is delivered efficiently, cost-effectively, and meets the highest standards of quality.
- Supervise and coordinate all maintenance, repair, and civil works across a vast and varied portfolio of assets, ensuring continuous operational readiness and technical compliance.
- Take ownership of facilities improvement projects, managing external vendors and contractors to ensure all work aligns with project specifications, safety protocols, and contractual agreements.
- Manage the procurement and supply chain for all maintenance-related materials, parts, and services. You will also lead regular inventory audits to ensure accurate stock levels and availability.
- Control and manage the maintenance department's operational budget, making strategic decisions to optimize resource allocation and financial performance.
- Lead, coach, and develop a dedicated maintenance team, fostering a culture of excellence, productivity, and professional growth.
- Enforce and uphold all Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) policies, actively working to minimize risk and maintain a safe and compliant working environment.
- Promote and adhere to the company's Code of Conduct and all internal and external regulations, acting as a steward of integrity and ethical operations.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in facilities maintenance, covering both core and support functions; prior experience in the energy sector is a strong advantage
- Demonstrated high level of integrity and professionalism
- Proven exposure to HSSE (Health, Safety, Security & Environment) regulations
- Strong background in operations & maintenance, contract management, and project management
