**Qualifications and Experience:**
+ Master degree in engineering, preferably from mechanical or electrical engineering.
+ Graduated in 2023, 2024, or 2025.
+ Minimum GPA of 3.30 out of 4.00.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Aptitude for hands-on work combined with strong analytical skills.

Responsible for maintaining and providing technical service to renal units in the assigned area
**Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities:**
+ Provide technical support to clinical coordinator and marketing team in trials and installation
+ Working as a team with sales service to increase product penetration.
+ Identified new and follow up any potential business opportunities
+ Assist customer service with technical clarification of customer order
+ Ensure all service carry out on time and efficient
+ Educate staff in the hospital in maintenance of our machine
+ Provide technical support for design of HD room
+ Maintain database on all equipment including trial and loan machine
+ A service report to be completed for installation, repair and maintenance tasks
+ Enter all service report into technical service database and hardcopy be filled on regular basis

+ Have active Professional License as Electromedics (STR) is a plus
+ Have min 1-2 year of experience as Technician in Medical Devices company

**Essential Responsibilities**
+ Pre-commission, commission, and service static frequency converters (SFC) and variable frequency (VFD) low voltage and medium voltage drives/switchgear/transformers and power systems.
+ Provide technical assistance and supervision to customers on the installations.
+ Conduct on-site interpretation of data and technical instruction.
+ Provide management with complete and prompt information and report regarding safety & project/service status, customer or equipment problems, and failures,
+ Provide technical assistance through on-site guidance and training in proper operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of assigned programs and ground support equipment.
+ Provide and assist quality team with root cause analysis and generate reports in case of equipment malfunction or failures to identify/analyse any undesirable trends.
+ Complete site documentations such as weekly safety update, installations check lists, pre-commissioning, and commissioning procedures.
+ Hands-on on-site parts replacement, testing, and verification of electrical equipment.
+ Adhere with company Health and Safety policies and work in safe and best practice manner to ensure the wellbeing of personnel and equipment are not compromised.
+ Able to interface at upper management and peers levels of the organization both internally and externally in clear and methodical manner
**Qualification/Requirements**
+ Electrical engineering bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited university or college
+ Solid understanding of Power Electronics, Electric Circuit, Electric Power Systems, Medium Voltage, Harmonics, with good hands-on skill.
+ Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers. Good literacy in at least one computer programming language.
+ Hands-on experience and knowledge of test instruments (recorders, power analysers, oscilloscopes, Insulation resistance, HI pot etc.)
+ Comfortable to sail on marine vessels if needed and remain offshore for defined number of days.
+ Willing to travel including distant in-country or aboard limited duration visits and with short notice in advance
+ Good understanding of Health and Safety, and risks / Hazards involved.

+ Monitor repairs in terms of the organization's service/warranty cover and make suggestions as to product improvements.
+ Recommend needs of spare parts, assists with monitoring requirements and keeping proper customer records.
+ Carry out planned maintenance calls.
**Job Requirements**
+ Bachelor Degree of Electro Engineering or Biomedical Engineering Degree with at least 4 years of field experience.
+ Prior experience in a similar industry (ie: Diagnostic Instruments or Diagnostic Laboratories) is highly preferred
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills and able to work with multiple teams across different departments
+ Team player
+ The role will be based in Jakarta.
