FIELD SUPPORT (OFFLINE VERIFICATOR)

Location:

• Magelang

Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site validation for business leads that cannot be reached online.
• Visit merchant locations to confirm business status, collect accurate data, and obtain consent.
• Input and maintain verified data using Google Forms and Google Sheets.
• Perform data scraping to identify new potential merchants when lead availability is low.
• Meet daily validation targets and ensure high data accuracy.
• Coordinate with internal teams to report validation progress and area coverage.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major.
• 1–2 years of experience in a field-based role (e.g., surveyor, field officer, or data collector).
• Proficient in Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Forms, Slides).
• Strong online research skills using Google Search and social media platforms.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet daily targets independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Owns a personal vehicle and holds a valid motorcycle license (SIM C).
• Willing to travel and perform field visits within the Magelang area.

Deskripsi pekerjaan:

• Mengawasi dan mengkoordinasikan kegiatan lapangan terkait penelitian berupa perlakuan irigasi pada lahan percobaan di sawah.
• Memastikan implementasi metode irigasi khusus sesuai protokol penelitian (jadwal penggenangan, pengeringan, pencatatan).
• Melakukan pengambilan data lapangan (misalnya pengukuran tinggi tanaman, jumlah anakan padi, kelembaban tanah, emisi gas metana, atau variabel lain sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku).
• Menyusun laporan harian/mingguan terkait perkembangan penelitian.
• Menjadi penghubung antara Project Manager dan Field Assistant.
• Menjaga keselamatan kerja, kedisiplinan, dan efisiensi kerja tim di lapangan.
• Membantu Project Manager menyelesaikan kebutuhan yang berkaitan dengan project dan kegiatan penelitian.

The Role
The Solutions Architect (SA) in this position will help AMD drive a new era of computing for Data Center, and Client PC/Workstation, by engaging with the Channel partners to demonstrate how AMD technology can be used to address the needs of their business. The SA is responsible for providing technical support for the targeted end customer accounts with a special focus on pre-sales and development support activity as opportunities transition from opportunity to deployment. Post-sales technical support is also required as the account encounters technical issues. The SA is also responsible for engaging with the Data Center and Client PC/Workstation partners in Thailand, OEM leads, as well as System integrators (SIs) as needed.

The primary focus of the Solutions Architect will be to:

• Alongside Sales, be a primary contact point in customer engagements, evangelizing AMD data center CPU, GPU and Client PC/Workstation CPU, GPU technologies/products and capabilities
• Develop technical relationships with target Channel partners accounts and OEM partners
• Win new Data Center opportunities by working with OEMs and Channel partners by establishing technical solutions based on AMD technology
• Work with AMD internal teams across AMD Business Units to build technical presentations and documentation to be delivered in the field
• Improve AMD's ability to support customers by driving feedback into AMD BU and engineering teams

The Person
This position requires the SA to have a broad technical understanding of Data Center and Client PC/Workstation (Server CPU, GPU and Client CPU, GPU platform architecture and the development process) needed to successfully win Server and Client PC/Workstation with Channel partners.

The Position Requires Specialized Knowledge Of Server And Client PC/Workstation Including Operating Systems (Windows, Linux), Compilers, Drivers, Benchmarks, And Targeted Applications That May Be Used To Validate Server And PC/Workstation Platforms For The Following Target Markets

• Strong understanding of Linux Kernal and Windows server/client
• Ability to translate highly technical concepts into actionable plans and drive hands on proof of concepts
• Exceptional communication skills to address multiple internal and external stakeholders
• Sales mindset, cooperative spirit and bright personality.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to sales personnel and the end customer in the evaluation, design and development of solutions based on AMD's Data Center CPU,GPU and Client PC/Workstation CPU, GPU technologies
• Perform technical presentations, training and updates for OEM partners and prospects
• Translate customer business issues and requirements into technical solution opportunities/engagements that best leverage AMD based product offerings
• Possess a solid understanding of the competitive landscape and clearly articulate the technical differentiation and value proposition associated with AMD
• Articulate AMD based technology offerings across multiple verticals
• Partner with other AMD and vendor subject matter experts to build specific customer solutions

Preferred Experience

• Technical leadership role with excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex problems involving multi-disciplined, cross-functional teams

• Requires knowledge in one or more of the following areas:

• CPU and server system architecture, solution sizing,

• server benchmarks, GPU computing,
• server platform enablement, Solution TCO calculation

• Client PC/Workstation benchmarking for CPU and GPU

• Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows based server/client operating systems is required

• Must be well versed in server software ecosystem in one or more areas including OS/Hypervisors, AI/ML Frameworks, Compilers, Libraries, debug tools, development tools, SW applications, and validation workloads
• Knowledge of Client PC/Workstation management tool for Windows
• Good hands on and working knowledge of server hardware ecosystem at the node, rack and datacenter level
• This position requires an individual with excellent organizational and communication skills with a good balance of hardware, architecture and software expertise.
• The successful candidate must demonstrate both the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. They must also demonstrate good time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Technology Evangelist with extensive public speaking experience to promote and advocate for cutting-edge technologies, drive awareness and adoption.
• Substantial experience in a customer-facing role across multiple functions within a large organization.

Academic Credentials

• The preferred candidate should have a combination of relevant academic and professional experience.
• The minimum qualifications associated with this position are Engineering or Computer Science Degree with 8+ years of preferred experience.
