The purpose of this position is:

In this role, you will serve as a business partner, acting as a liaison between Management Information Systems (MIS) and various business groups within our organization. Your primary objective will be to align technology initiatives and strategies with business stakeholders, driving innovative solutions to enhance productivity and create value for the organization.

The key duties and responsibilities of this position are:

• Strategic Alignment: Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their challenges, requirements, and objectives. • Solution Design and Development: Work closely with technical teams to develop innovative solutions that address business requirements and leverage the latest advancements in data science and technology. Develop comprehensive design documents and functional specifications. Confer with customer to capture user requirements, conduct user reviews and run stakeholder agreement meetings.

• Change Management: Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of technology solutions within the organization. Provide guidance and support to stakeholders to mitigate resistance and facilitate seamless integration into existing workflows.

• Project Leadership: Take ownership of IT and data analytics projects, from initiation to delivery. Provide strategic direction, manage resources effectively, and ensure projects are completed within scope, budget, and timeline constraints.

• Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of solutions to ensure they meet quality standards and user requirements. Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with key stakeholders to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments. Support the delivery of quality functional and support development and implementation of quality business solutions for the client

The key challenges in this position include:

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab:

1. Mengelola sistem SAP untuk memastikan operasional yang lancar dan efektif.

Kualifikasi:

• Pengalaman minimal 8 tahun di bidang SAP khususnya SAP BeOne , diutamakan pengalaman di industry manufaktur.
• Memiliki pengetahuan yang baik tentang sistem SAP BeOne, termasuk modul-modul seperti keuangan (Financial Accounting), manajemen inventaris (Inventory Management), penjualan (Sales Management) , pembelian , analisis dan pelaporan.

Pengelolaan Sistem ERP

• Mengadministrasi, memelihara, dan memastikan sistem ERP berjalan optimal.

• Monitoring performa sistem serta melakukan perbaikan bila terjadi kendala.

Master Data Management

• Mengelola master data (produk, supplier, customer, akun keuangan, HR data, dll).
• Menjaga kualitas data (akurasi, konsistensi, tidak duplikat).
• Menetapkan standar input, kodefikasi, dan struktur master data.
• Melakukan kontrol atas perubahan master data (approval & audit trail).
• Menyediakan master data terbaru untuk keperluan operasional & analisis.

Integrasi Proses Bisnis

• Mengkoordinasikan kebutuhan antar departemen untuk diintegrasikan ke dalam ERP.
• Menjaga konsistensi data antar modul (finance, inventory, HR, sales, dll).
• Memberikan solusi atas gap antara proses bisnis aktual dengan fitur ERP.

Pelaporan & Analisis

• Mengembangkan laporan standar maupun custom dari ERP.
• Menyediakan dashboard KPI untuk monitoring kinerja perusahaan.
• Melakukan analisis data untuk mendukung keputusan manajemen.

Support & Training

• Memberikan dukungan teknis dan fungsional kepada user ERP.
• Melakukan training, sosialisasi, serta pendampingan penggunaan ERP.
• Menjadi penghubung antara user dan vendor ERP bila diperlukan.

Keamanan & Compliance

• Menjaga keamanan akses sistem ERP dan master data sesuai otorisasi.
• Melaksanakan backup & recovery data secara berkala.
