About the Role
Responsible for preparing and distributing periodic financial statements to various stakeholders, and the compliance with professional standards, AIA group reporting policy and statutory and regulatory requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Support on the IFRS reporting process, SAP MA & SAS MA
- Support on the HK Statutory reporting process, ILP Fund Balance reclassification, prepaid, etc.
- Support on the Local Statutory reporting process as well as for the ICFR requirement
- Support on the Group Reporting submissions
- TWPI template upload into Power BI
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, or Finance
- Minimum 3 years of experience in financial reporting
- Prior experience as an external auditor at a public accounting firm is a plus
- Prior experience in IFRS 17 is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal

Finance Operations Coordinator
To be located in PT Roda Nusantara GTJ (part of MahaDasha Group).
Responsible for processing accruals, payables (AP), and receivables (AR) to the system and properly documenting the supporting documents in compliance with Indonesian GAAP, tax regulations, and corporate policy.
What You Will Do
- Recording and documenting accruals, AP, and AR of PT Roda Nusantara GTJ (RODA) under proper cost center, accounting method, policies (including SOPs and WIs), tax regulations, and data management.
- Preparing timely daily, weekly, and monthly aging, reconciliation, listing, GL, and other supporting details data in compliance with Indonesian GAAP and financial assertions.
- Implementing proper internal control in the finance operations business process.
- Monitor all payments made, update payment status on the system and respond to payment queries and resolve payment discrepancies with vendors.
- Monitor recurring expenses, follow up and review of Goods Receipt (GR) and other information to be used for accrual during month-end closing.
- Liaising with internal and external parties regarding accruals, AP, and AR data and documents (e.g., with the Reporting & MIS for the closing process, with internal and external auditors for the audit process, with Treasury for cash flow monitoring and forecast).
