• Business & strategic challenges: business & solution architecture, business process design for the digitization of core banking or insurance processes, digital transformation in an agile context, project / program management, business and IT alignment of digital driven business initiatives, front-to-back renewal, and design & improvement of digital operating models.
• Technical matters: data science, advanced analytics embedded in core business processes, IoT, data strategy, data governance, data quality, data architecture, data management, data usage, blockchain, artificial intelligence and RPA.

To qualify for the role you must have

• A Bachelor or Master's Degree in (Business) Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Mathematics, (applied) Economics or a related field of studies with an affinity for leading-edge technologies.
• Previous experience of at least 3-5 years in roles of Functional Consultant or Analyst Programmer preferably in companies in the financial services industry (payments, banks, insurance, capital markets).
• Solid analytical skills.
• Knowledge of project management with agile, traditional and hybrid methodologies.
• Advanced level of English.
• Experience in team leadership.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Melakukan konsultasi dengan customer atau user terkait kebutuhan sistem akuntansi, termasuk fitur yang dibutuhkan, alur transaksi, dan format pelaporan keuangan.

Minimum Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

• System Management: Administer, enhance, configure, and troubleshoot System Rhapsody (Golf Bimasakti rental system) and financial applications; coordinate upgrades and improvements.
• Process Optimization: Streamline workflows, financial transactions, and reporting processes.
• User Support: Provide training for staff, resolve operational/technical issues, and prepare user manuals/SOPs.
• Data Integrity: Ensure accurate rental and financial data through validation, monitoring, and control mechanisms.
• Reporting & Analytics: Manage dashboards and financial reports (e.g., rental revenue, utilization, customer performance) to support decision-making.
• SOP & Compliance: Develop, maintain, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure adherence to internal policies, audit standards, and external regulations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with IT, Finance, and Operations teams for system integration, enhancements, and compliance projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field.
• 3+ years' experience managing financial or rental systems (ERP, custom apps, BI tools).
• Familiarity with System Rhapsody or equivalent rental/booking systems preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial processes (AP/AR, GL, CB).
• Skills: Excel, data visualization (Power BI/Tableau), documentation (SOP, compliance frameworks).
