RESPONSIBILITIES:
Financial Planning and Analysis
- Budgeting: Creating and managing annual budgets, ensuring that expenses align with revenue goals.
- Financial forecasting: Predicting future financial performance based on historical data and current trends.
- Cost-benefit analysis: Evaluating the financial implications of potential projects or investments.
Accounting, Tax and Reporting
- Financial reporting: Preparing and analyzing financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement) for internal and external stakeholders.
- Tax compliance: Ensuring that the organization complies with all tax regulations and filing requirements.
- Auditing: Overseeing financial audits (from inside and or outside) to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records.
Financial Management
- Cash flow management: Monitoring and managing cash inflows and outflows to optimize liquidity.
- Risk management: Identifying and mitigating financial risks such as credit risk, market risk, and operational risk.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- Solid working experience as Finance & Accounting Manager for at least 3 years
- Having Working experience in Manufacturing Industry and in KAP will be an advantage

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams

Finance Accounting Specialist
to support our finance operations. This role will be responsible for preparing financial reports, managing accounting transactions, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and supporting the overall financial health of the company. The ideal candidate has solid technical accounting knowledge, experience with ERP/SAP systems, and strong analytical skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in accounting, finance, or auditing, preferably in manufacturing or multinational companies
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, general ledger, AP/AR, and taxation (PPh, VAT) in Indonesia
- Experience using ERP/SAP systems in finance and accounting modules
- Familiarity with financial audits (internal & external) and compliance requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools for analysis and reporting
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability
- Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
