Latar Belakang :
* Pendidikan: Gelar sarjana (S1) di bidang Keuangan, Matematika, Statistik, atau sejenisnya.
Pengalaman:
* Minimal 5 tahun pengalaman di bidang manajemen risiko, terutama risiko pasar dan termasuk risiko pengelolaan investasi.
* Pengalaman di industri asuransi jiwa adalah nilai plus.
* Sertifikasi: Memiliki sertifikasi profesional yang terkait
Keterampilan :
* Analisis Data: Mampu menganalisis data keuangan, memprediksi risiko, dan melakukan simulasi (misalnya: VaR dan stress testing).
* Pengetahuan Industri: Memahami peraturan OJK terkait asuransi dan cara kerja pasar modal termasuk saham/obligasi/sbn/deposito/dst.
* Keahlian Teknis: Mampu menggunakan program atau tools untuk pemodelan risiko.

Job Role :
Mengawasi dan mengelola semua risiko yang bisa mempengaruhi investasi (termasuk saham/obligasi/sbn/deposito/dst) perusahaan asuransi. Tujuannya adalah menjaga stabilitas keuangan perusahaan.
Tugas Utama :
* Mengukur dan Memantau Risiko: Mengukur tingkat risiko pasar dan memantau pergerakan investasi perusahaan setiap saat.
* Membuat Laporan: Menyusun laporan tentang kondisi risiko pasar untuk diberikan kepada manajemen.
* Mengembangkan Strategi: Bekerja sama dengan tim investasi untuk mencari cara mengurangi (mitigasi) risiko.
