About the Role
Mamame Whole Foods is seeking a dedicated
HSE Supervisor
to strengthen our commitment to safety, sustainability, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in
BRCGS audits
, strong expertise in health, safety, and environmental management systems, and a valid
Fire Safety Certificate Class C (Hydrant)
. This role will lead audits, ensure compliance with food safety and environmental regulations, and foster a culture of safety throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and implement HSE programs in line with food manufacturing regulations and best practices.
- Conduct and support audits related to
HACCP, BRCGS, and other food safety management systems
. - Ensure compliance with environmental permits (Pertek), OSS regulations, AMDAL, and statutory environmental requirements.
- Monitor, review, and update HSE policies, procedures, and risk assessments.
- Lead incident investigations and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
- Deliver HSE training, awareness programs, and toolbox talks to employees and contractors.
- Ensure readiness and proper operation of fire safety systems, including hydrants, in accordance with
Class C Damkar certification
. - Maintain accurate HSE records and prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Foster a strong culture of safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in HSE roles within the food manufacturing or FMCG industry.
- Proven experience in BRCGS audits
. - Certified Firefighter Class C (Hydrant)
is required. - Strong knowledge of HACCP, BRCGS, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001.
- Familiar with Pertek, OSS, and environmental permit processes.
- HSE certification (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA, AK3 Umum, AMDAL, SMK3) is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian, both written and verbal.

What You'll Do
- Plan and manage the procurement of
raw materials (RM)

- Track and report
RM purchasing KPIs
such as lead time, supplier on-time delivery, and quality conformance. - Resolve raw material-related issues such as shortages, delays, or non-compliance swiftly to prevent production downtime.
- Maintain updated records of raw material specifications, pricing history, and supplier performance.
What You Bring
- Proven experience in
raw material (RM) procurement
within
food manufacturing or FMCG
. - Strong knowledge of food-grade ingredients, packaging, and supplier qualification processes.
- Hands-on experience working with
local and international RM suppliers
