Freelance Business Development (Rental Boomlift & Scissorlift)

ke proyek-proyek besar (konstruksi, manufaktur, energi, event organizer). Peran ini berfokus pada negosiasi, pencarian klien baru, serta menjaga hubungan bisnis yang menguntungkan.

Tanggung Jawab Utama

1. Prospecting & Pencarian Klien Baru

2. Mengidentifikasi proyek konstruksi, gedung bertingkat, pabrik, dan event skala besar yang membutuhkan akses kerja di ketinggian.

3. Menggunakan LinkedIn, jaringan bisnis, dan kunjungan lapangan untuk menemukan calon klien potensial.

4. Penawaran & Presentasi Layanan

5. Menjelaskan secara detail keunggulan rental
   boomlift & scissorlift
   (efisiensi, keamanan, hemat biaya).

6. Menyusun proposal penawaran harga sesuai kebutuhan proyek (harian, mingguan, bulanan).

7. Negosiasi & Penutupan Kontrak

8. Berkomunikasi langsung dengan manajer proyek, procurement, atau kontraktor utama.

9. Melakukan negosiasi harga, durasi sewa, hingga syarat pembayaran.

10. Menyelesaikan proses tanda tangan kontrak kerja sama.

11. Koordinasi Operasional

12. Mengatur jadwal pengiriman unit boomlift/scissorlift ke lokasi proyek.

13. Berkoordinasi dengan tim lapangan untuk memastikan unit siap digunakan sesuai standar keselamatan.

14. Pemantauan & Layanan Purna Jual

15. Memastikan peralatan berfungsi dengan baik selama masa rental.

16. Memberikan solusi cepat jika terjadi kendala teknis.

17. Menjaga hubungan baik agar klien melakukan repeat order.

18. Laporan & Evaluasi

19. Membuat laporan progress penawaran, jumlah deal, dan potensi proyek baru.

20. Memberikan insight pasar (harga kompetitor, tren kebutuhan alat berat) untuk pengembangan bisnis.
