Our client, a dynamic recruitment consultancy, is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Recruitment Specialist to focus on Graduate Programs in Medan, North Sumatra, ID . This role is pivotal in identifying, attracting, and onboarding emerging talent for our diverse client base. You will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle for entry-level positions and graduate schemes, working closely with universities and educational institutions to build strong pipelines of qualified candidates. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a keen understanding of employer branding for early-career professionals, and a passion for nurturing talent. Responsibilities include developing recruitment strategies for graduate programs, organizing and attending career fairs and recruitment events, screening and interviewing candidates, coordinating assessment centers, and providing support throughout the onboarding process. You will also maintain relationships with university career services and student organizations. This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, and a detail-oriented approach. Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies for graduate programs and entry-level roles.
  • Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for graduate positions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with universities, colleges, and other educational institutions.
  • Organize and participate in career fairs, campus recruitment events, and information sessions.
  • Coordinate and facilitate assessment centers and selection processes.
  • Manage candidate communication and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs for early-career talent.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Assist with onboarding processes for new graduate hires.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives targeting students and recent graduates.
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics for graduate programs.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably with a focus on campus recruitment or graduate programs.
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment process for entry-level roles.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in organizing and managing recruitment events.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
