Requirements :

- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in hospitality sales, guest relations, or business development (preferably in restaurants, hotels, or F&B groups).

- Strong interpersonal, networking, and negotiation skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages such as Bahasa Indonesia or other international languages are an advantage).
- Ability to work independently while achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
