Requirements :

  • Open for local candidates.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in hospitality sales, guest relations, or business development (preferably in restaurants, hotels, or F&B groups).
  • Proven success in managing VIP and corporate clients, group bookings, and partnerships.
  • Strong interpersonal, networking, and negotiation skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages such as Bahasa Indonesia or other international languages are an advantage).
  • Ability to work independently while achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
