• Bertugas untuk menjawab panggilan telepon dari pelanggan
• Mendengarkan setiap keluhan atau pun pertanyaan dari pelanggan

Hari/Waktu Kerja

• 5 hari kerja 2 hari libur (liburnya akan ditentukan oleh pihak Biznet)
• Sistem Shifting
• Waktu kerja 8 jam kerja + 1 jam istirahat
