Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide the front desk, concierge, and guest relations teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.

- Implement and maintain service standards to enhance the overall guest experience.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Proven experience in guest relations and customer service management.
- Strong understanding of front desk operations, reservation systems, and hotel management software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
