· Memelihara dan memperbarui dokumen penyewa, surat perjanjian sewa, dan dokumen properti lainnya.

· Menyimpan catatan yang akurat mengenai calon penyewa, proses aplikasi, dan perpanjangan sewa.

Kualifikasi:

· Pengalaman: Memiliki pengalaman dalam bidang front desk, leasing, atau layanan pelanggan, diutamakan di lingkungan residensial atau properti.

· Keterampilan: Mahir menggunakan Microsoft Excel, memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, pemecahan masalah, dan organisasi yang baik.
