Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all hotel departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Maintenance, to ensure seamless operations.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, service quality, and operational efficiency.
- Oversee budgeting, financial performance, and cost control measures for all departments.

- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational consistency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven track record of successful hotel operations management and driving profitability.
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk, F&B, housekeeping, and revenue management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) and other hotel management software.
- Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and P&L management.
- Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required; other languages are a plus.
