The role
We're looking for a strategic and hands-on Manager of People Operations & Rewards team to build the foundation that supports our people to thrive. This role owns our people systems, payroll, rewards strategy, compliance, and people analytics—ensuring we scale with consistency, care, and clarity.
You'll lead and grow a lean and mean regional team, manage vendor partners, and collaborate across our People & Culture function—as well as with organizational leaders and internal stakeholders—to design and operationalize a seamless employee experience.
Main responsibilities :
People Operations & Systems
- Own our HR tech stack (HRIS, ATS, payroll, benefits) and drive process automation and optimization
- Design and streamline employee lifecycle processes: onboarding, offboarding, mobility, documentation
- Ensure data integrity and operational compliance across SEA markets
Payroll & Total Rewards
- Oversee end-to-end payroll processing across multiple SEA countries (in-house and outsourced)
- Own compensation philosophy, salary banding, and benefits programs

- Partner with Finance on workforce cost planning and modeling

Compliance & Policy

Qualifications & Experience

- Experience in Retail industry or leading through change in a dynamic environment
- Familiarity with navigating new markets labour regulations and HR best practices
- Hands-on experience with HR platforms (ie. HRIS, ATS, payroll, benefits).
- Proven experience in HRIS projects such as implementations, migrations, or process automation.
- Open to business travel visits to HQ (SG) and other markets
