Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, with experiences in Industrial Relations.
- Have a minimum experience of 8 years in HR Compliance and employee relations.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and industrial policies.
- Ability to identify potential legal risk and recommend strategies to mitigate them.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with employees, management, and external parties at all levels, including handling employee grievances, disciplinary actions and employee negotiations.
