1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and reference checks.
- Coordinate and conduct onboarding programs for new hires to ensure smooth integration into the organization.
- Maintain and update job descriptions, organizational charts, and employee records.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and workplace issues.

3. HR Administration & Compliance

4. Payroll & Benefits Administration
- Assist in preparing monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy of salary, overtime, allowances, and deductions.
- Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & Kesehatan, and company perks.
- Work closely with Finance to ensure timely payroll processing.
5. Performance & Training
- Support implementation of performance management systems (appraisal cycles, KPI tracking).
- Coordinate employee training, workshops, and development programs.
- Monitor training effectiveness and maintain training records.
6. HR Projects & Process Improvement
- Participate in HR projects such as policy updates, HR system implementation, and organizational development initiatives.
- Continuously improve HR processes to enhance efficiency and employee experience.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management or organizational psychology.
- Proven experience in human resource for a minimum of 3 years.
- Good understanding in payroll process, general affair, and industrial relations.
- Experience in construction and hospitality is preferred.
- Hands-on knowledge in labor law and human resource process.
- Able to work under minimum supervision.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is essential.
- Experience in HRIS is a plus.
