We're looking for an HR Manager to own HR operations, payroll, HRIS (Mekari Talenta), benefits, and general affairs/office management. You'll ensure accurate, compliant payroll and tax reporting (PPh 21), keep HR data clean, support budgeting and payroll reconciliation with Finance, manage vendors and office facilities, and keep HR policies and onboarding/offboarding running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Process monthly payroll (salary, overtime, bonuses, deductions) and ensure on-time payments.
- Calculate/report PPh 21, distribute annual tax forms, and support SPT Masa/Tahunan processes.
- Maintain and optimize HRIS (Mekari Talenta) and employee data accuracy.
- Administer BPJS, health insurance, and other employee benefits; handle related inquiries.
- Prepare payroll and HR reports; support payroll budgeting and cost forecasting with Finance.
- Reconcile payroll with Finance and assist payroll audits.
- Manage day-to-day office operations: facilities, vendors, procurement, assets, and HSE compliance.
- Develop/update HR policies, coordinate onboarding/offboarding, and run employee engagement activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years experience in related fields.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian payroll tax, BPJS, and labor compliance.
- Hands-on experience with Mekari Talenta.
- Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills; high confidentiality.
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
