We are looking for a passionate HR Rec. Specialist to support our people operations and recruitment efforts. This role will be crucial in ensuring smooth HR processes while helping us attract and retain top talent.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers/onboarding.
• Drive mass hiring initiatives when required (e.g., outlet staff, seasonal hiring).
• Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and recruitment dashboards.
• Draft, review, and manage employment agreements and HR documentation.
• Partner with managers to forecast hiring needs and provide recruitment insights.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and company regulations.

Requirements:

Role Description

Requirements:
