Tanggung Jawab Utama
- Melaksanakan proses rekrutmen & seleksi (job posting, screening, interview, dan offering).
- Mengelola administrasi HR termasuk kontrak kerja, absensi, cuti, mutasi, dan data karyawan.
- Mengimplementasikan kebijakan HR sesuai dengan regulasi ketenagakerjaan.
- Menegakkan peraturan HR atas pelanggaran peraturan perusahaan oleh karyawan
- Menjalankan program pengembangan karyawan (training, evaluasi, coaching support)dengan berkolaborasi dengan departemen lain

- Menangani hubungan industrial dan memastikan kepatuhan terhadap UU Ketenagakerjaan.
- Membuat laporan HR secara berkala (headcount, turnover, absensi, dll).
- Menjadi penghubung antara karyawan dan manajemen dalam penyampaian informasi HR.
- Mendukung aktivitas HR lainnya sesuai kebutuhan perusahaan.
Keterampilan dan Kualifikasi yang Dibutuhkan
- Minimal S1 Psikologi, Manajemen SDM, Hukum, atau bidang terkait.
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di bidang HR pada industri manufaktur, dengan preferensi pengalaman di level officer/specialist.
- Menguasai proses end-to-end recruitment, yang termasuk teknik interview kandidat.
- Memahami UU Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & Kesehatan, serta peraturan-peraturan lain terkait Ketenagakerjaan.
- Menguasai ilmu psikologi yang mendukung teknik komunikasi yang baik
- Mampu mengelola administrasi HR & sistem HRIS.
- Mampu melaksanakan monitoring terhadap sistem penilaian kinerja karyawan
- Mampu melaporkan data sebagai insight dengan baik
- Detail, rapi, dan mampu menjaga kerahasiaan data karyawan.
