Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary owner of the Oracle HRIS system for the SEA region, ensuring seamless operation across all countries (PH, ID, MY, HK, SG).
- Oversee data entry, validation, and cleansing to maintain 100% accuracy in employee records, organizational structures, and data inputs.
- Manage system configurations, workflows, and approval hierarchies to align with regional HR policies.
- Conduct quarterly data audits and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with local HR teams.
- Act as the first point of contact for troubleshooting system errors, liaising with Oracle support or IT as needed.
Ensure real-time data synchronization between Oracle HRIS and other integrated systems (e.g., payroll, timekeeping, performance management).
Reporting & Analytics
Develop and automate standard and ad-hoc HR reports (headcount, turnover, workforce planning, etc.).
- Analyze HR data trends and provide actionable insights to regional leadership.
Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to deliver data-driven decision support.
Process Improvement & System Enhancements
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline HR processes (e.g., onboarding, offboarding, promotions, transfers) via Oracle automation.
- Collaborate with HR COEs (Talent Acquisition, Compensation, L&D) to design and deploy new system modules (e.g., recruitment, succession planning).
- Evaluate and test Oracle quarterly updates/new features, implementing relevant enhancements for the region.
- Document HRIS processes, SOPs, and user guides to standardize system usage across markets.
Identify opportunities for AI/ML-driven HR tools (e.g., predictive attrition modeling, chatbot integrations) to enhance employee experience.
Compliance & Training
Ensure HRIS compliance with local labor laws (PH, ID, MY, HK, SG) and data privacy regulations (GDPR, PDPA).
- Develop and conduct training programs for HR teams and end-users on Oracle HRIS.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of HRIS experience, with at least 3 years in Oracle HRIS (Fusion HCM or similar).
- Strong data management, reporting (Excel, Power BI, Tableau), and HR analytics skills.
- Experience in multi-country HRIS management, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or fashion.
- Project management skills with a track record of leading HRIS implementations/upgrades.
- Knowledge of SEA labor laws (PH, ID, MY, HK, SG) is a plus.
