Tanggung Jawab Utama

• Merancang, mengimplementasikan, dan memantau program Kesehatan, Keselamatan, dan Lingkungan (HSE) yang komprehensif di seluruh operasi perusahaan.
• Melakukan identifikasi bahaya dan penilaian risiko secara berkala, serta mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan langkah-langkah mitigasi yang efektif.
• Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap peraturan dan standar HSE yang berlaku, serta mengembangkan kebijakan dan prosedur internal terkait HSE.
• Melatih dan memberdayakan karyawan mengenai praktik HSE yang baik dan memfasilitasi program kesadaran HSE di seluruh organisasi.
• Menginvestigasi insiden dan kecelakaan kerja, serta mengambil tindakan korektif dan preventif yang diperlukan.
• Memelihara catatan dan dokumentasi HSE yang akurat dan up-to-date.
• Berkoordinasi dengan pihak berwenang terkait HSE dan memastikan pelaporan yang tepat waktu.

Persyaratan

• Memiliki gelar minimal Sarjana di bidang Teknik Industri, Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja, atau bidang terkait.
• Memiliki pengalaman minimal 5 tahun sebagai HSE Coordinator atau peran serupa di industri manufaktur lebih disukai di Industri Farmasi.
• Memahami peraturan dan standar HSE yang berlaku di Indonesia, memiliki sertifikasi Ahli K3 serta memahami penerapan HSE dalam ISO 9001:2015, sesuai dengan peraturan CPOB dan Sertifikasi Halal

• Mengidentifikasi potensi bahaya, melakukan risk assessment, serta menyusun langkah mitigasi.
• Memberikan pelatihan, sosialisasi, dan arahan HSE kepada karyawan.
• Memimpin investigasi kecelakaan kerja/insiden serta menyiapkan laporan resmi.
• Mengelola dokumen, laporan, dan catatan HSE untuk keperluan audit internal maupun eksternal.

Deskripsi pekerjaan:

1. Mengembangkan, menerapkan, dan memantau kebijakan, prosedur, dan program HSE untuk mendukung tujuan keseluruhan perusahaan
2. Pastikan kepatuhan terhadap semua peraturan, standar, dan persyaratan industri HSE yang berlaku.

Kualifikasi :

1. Pendidikan minimal S1-Tehnik /jurusan lain yang relevan
2. Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun dalam manajemen HSE di industri konstruksi
3. Wajib memiliki sertifikat dan lisensi K3 Umum & Ahli Madya K3 Konstruksi Kemenaker RI yang masih aktif
4. Memahami Emergency Response Concept, Accident investigation, Work Permit System

Job Purpose:

Responsible for implementing and monitoring Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and regulations in the workplace to ensure a safe, healthy, and compliant working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor HSE programs across project sites/work locations.
• Conduct regular inspections, internal audits, and hazard identification activities.
• Prepare and maintain HSE documentation, including incident reports, near-miss records, and accident investigations.
• Deliver HSE induction, training, and awareness programs to employees, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards, company policies, and government regulations.
• Act as a liaison between management, employees, and external parties on HSE matters.
• Supervise the proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and availability of safety equipment.
• Promote a strong safety culture and environmental awareness within the organization.

Job Requirements:

•Work experience as a HSES Officer or similar role for at least 2-3 years

•Must have AK3 Umum certificate

•Knowledge of health, safety and training requirements in the construction industry

•Knowledge of statutory safety requirements and laws in the construction industry

•Contacts and maintains contact easily with people of varying levels, changes personal conduct to a situation, if necessary, in order to create a positive atmosphere, solve conflicts and achieve goals

About the role

Today, we are looking for an Environmental Compliance Coordinator.

About Environmental Compliance Coordinator:

• Bachelor's degree in environmental engineering, civil or infrastructure engineering, or a degree in a relevant field.
• Prior experience in the field of environmental consultancy would be considered advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail, a diligent work ethic, and excellent organizational skills
• Proficiency in data analysis, research-based work, numerical calculations, and the ability to create formulas in Excel.
• Extensive experience in the management of wastewater or energy efficiency.
• Experience in laboratory testing, including groundwater testing, air pollution testing, compost/soil testing, energy efficiency, and any other relevant activities.
• Familiar and able to operate Geospatial platforms such as ArcGIS or QGIS.
• Able to read and analyze basic engineering drawing designs.
• Having a Certificate of Competence is a plus, such as ArcGIS/QGIS certification, AMDAL A or above, K3 certification, or ISO 14001.
• Willing to be stationed in Bali full-time on a contract, proficient in English speaking and writing.
• Assist the Head of Environmental in conducting routine environmental audits/assessments in the Nuanu area, collecting data, analyzing, and providing necessary solutions.
• Create the Nuanu Environmental Guideline by compiling and simplifying all Nuanu SOP summaries into one unified document.
• Analyze the existing Environmental Impact Assessment (AMDAL), PERTEK Limbah Cair, held by Nuanu, and provide necessary actions and solutions.
• Assist in creating environmental reports for the government.
• Assist in promoting and implementing environmental guidelines throughout the Nuanu area.
• Assist the team in establishing benchmarks and baseline data for yearly KPI.
• Liaise with different departments, relevant internal stakeholders, and government bodies.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Environment engineering or chemical engineering, H&S or related field.

• 2-3 Years experiences in EHS manufacturing or chemical industry, experience in textile industry is preferable.

• Deep knowledge on pollution control (wastewater treatment plant, air emission control, and waste management)

• Deep understanding of legal Environment and HS regulatory
• Able to perform environment engineering calculation and material balance
• Knowledge or experience in ISO 14001, ISO 45001, Chemicals, Health & Safety Certified.
• Technically literate for various textile industry requirements such as HIGG, FEM, ZDHC, RSL

• Hazardous material management certified/training is preferred

• Good English communication & influencing skills, presentation skill.

Role Purpose:

• To Implement group ECCR policies, adhere and comply with ECCR regulations to ensure all element in the company work safely and eliminate environmental concern
• Assist ECCR and HS Manager to monitor and control all aspects related to the environment, chemical, legal, health, safety, and compliance in order to meet & comply with all regulations & group policy

Principal Accountabilities:

Implement ECCR Program

·    Ensure Coats environmental procedure implemented as per group guideline

·    Drive ECCR activities to ensure department compliance with requirements

·    Conduct learning activities to enhance Sustainability, standards and practices

·    Responsibility for reporting results on the platform such as sustainability Data Portal, statutory compliance portal and monitor parameter following government requirement

·    Responsibility to conduct hazard identification and risk assessment of Environmental aspects.

·    Participate in group sustainability to maintain high level sustainability achievement

·    Perform performance evaluation and drive sustainability KPI achievement

Manages and Develops Environmental aspects (Compliance and Sustainability)

·    Ensure monitoring all legal aspect related environmental regulations, permits and licences

·    Ensure environment compliance reports (UKL, UPL, MSDS/waste manifest, Emeret, and others) are completed, reviewed by Manager and submitted timely

·    Ensure regular monitoring wastewater treatment system meet Group standards & Government regulations and reporting is made to the actual and submitted timely

·    Ensure Laboratory and testing requirements to support wastewater compliance, air emission and environmental measurement are provided

·    Ensure all working area there is no potential environmental incident, no potential spill and the check lists are completed by conducting regular environmental and sustainability patrol. All inspection / patrol results are recorded and reported regularly and timely to Manager or higher level

·    Ensure supports are given to other departments, external/internal auditors, government and other parties in verification and investigation hazard finding or environment incidents and to report any environment incident to Manager and document it in system (Intelex) with corrective actions

·    Ensure all chemicals & waste chemicals support comply with CMRSL and supported with updated MSDS, ensure related department are aware about MSDS contents

·    Organize audit schedules for chemicals impact, environment impact, customers/brands requirements, GRS (Global Recycled Standard), ZDHC (Zero Discharge of Hazardous Chemicals), Higgs (Environmental and Social platform), Occupational Health and Safety Certification

·    Develop measures to enhance organizational awareness of environmental protection and policies

·    Cascade the sustainability objectives to the team, update monthly sustainability achievement in Environmental Dashboard, do regular briefing of a sustainability results and review the team achievement

·    Ensure environmental compliance inductions are delivered to new employees and contractors who work at Coats site

·    Ensure waste management running well (waste reduce, reuse, recycle, circularity, minimal landfill disposal)

·    Implementing all activity in their department in accordance with the environmental policy and developing corrective action plans with the ECCR when needed.

Hazardous waste management

·    Identify the types and characteristics of hazardous waste generated by the company.

·    Control the collection of hazardous waste in accordance with applicable procedures.

·    Control the storage of hazardous waste in Temporary Storage Areas (TPS) in accordance with standards, including recording quantities and approving releases.

·    Coordinate with third parties for the disposal process.
