- Develop and monitor the company's HSE Program.
- Conduct and monitor HSE risk analysis, such as RCA, JHA, JSEA, Project assessment and other risk assessments
- Perform and monitor audits and inspections, such as BSV, SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) Inspections, and Safe Work Permit audits.
- Develop and run safety awareness programs for employee and contractor such as monthly Safety Flash, P2K3 meetings, and safety campaigns

- Ensure all personnel understand and comply with occupational health and safety regulations.

+ Perform conceptual, FEED, and detailed analyses and design as per design basis, project specifications, design codes, and standards
+ Apply in-depth skills and broad knowledge of the business to address complex problems and nonstandard situations
+ Prepare clear and accurate detailed design calculations and analyses including design reports and - procedures

- Assisting in the identification, and management, of high-risk activities at each stage of the project, including liaising with the General Contractor, and working with subcontractors in forward safety planning and co-ordination of works activities.
