Position Introductory:
Develop safety policies to minimize risks, outline safety procedures, and ensure regulatory compliance with Indonesia occupational health and safety laws and regulations. Working together with all department in prevent accidents, implement safety plans, and respond to emergencies. Candidate must have knowledge of environmental laws and regulations to review company practices and devise processes to address the impact of a company's practices on the environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct risk identification, assessment and monitoring of hazard in the Factory.
- Create HSE work program and conduct evaluation of implementation in the Factory.
- Create and maintain documents related to HSE.
- Evaluating compliance with the implementation of regulations.
- Prepare report of any safety performance including safety lesson learned.
- Conduct investigation and report on incident, accident, and hazard in the factory.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly safety report.
- Create, implement, and evaluate safety talk, induction, training, and safety meeting.
- Manage non-hazardous and hazardous waste.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Diploma degree in an engineering, science, or EHS specialty.
- Minimum of 5 years EHS job related experience, priority from Manufacturing Company.
- Demonstrated EHS Program development and implementation.
- Have a valid General K3 certificate
- Familiarity with safety and environmental laws and regulations required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer skills: Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
- Completion of a recognized environmental or safety professional certification program a plus

EHS Engineer
to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting and ensuring the implementation of Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) programs.
Key responsibilities:
- Support and implement EHS programs, activities, and campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with EHS regulations and company requirements.
- Conduct risk identification, hazard assessment, and monitoring in the factory.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance (PM) on safety devices.
- Provide safety induction/briefing for contractors, vendors, and new employees.
- Manage chemicals, hazardous and non-hazardous waste, and act as 5S coordinator.
- Implement contractor safety management in line with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and SMK3 standards.
- Conduct regular safety inspections, training, and emergency drills.
- Investigate incidents and accidents and prepare corrective actions.
- Carry out other assignments as required.
- Responsible for complying with procedure related to quality, environment, heath, and safety management system.
Requirements:
- Degree in Environmental, Safety, Chemistry, or Engineering.
- Certified Safety Officer (K3) by Ministry of Manpower.
- Preferably certified in ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 9001, and SMK3 (internal auditor certification is an advantage).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 9001, SMK3).
