Position Introductory:

Develop safety policies to minimize risks, outline safety procedures, and ensure regulatory compliance with Indonesia occupational health and safety laws and regulations. Working together with all department in prevent accidents, implement safety plans, and respond to emergencies. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct risk identification, assessment and monitoring of hazard in the Factory.
  • Create HSE work program and conduct evaluation of implementation in the Factory.
  • Create and maintain documents related to HSE.
  • Evaluating compliance with the implementation of regulations.
  • Prepare report of any safety performance including safety lesson learned.
  • Conduct investigation and report on incident, accident, and hazard in the factory.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly safety report.
  • Create, implement, and evaluate safety talk, induction, training, and safety meeting.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Diploma degree in an engineering, science, or EHS specialty.

  • Demonstrated EHS Program development and implementation.
  • Have a valid General K3 certificate
  • Familiarity with safety and environmental laws and regulations required.

to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting and ensuring the implementation of Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) programs.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support and implement EHS programs, activities, and campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance with EHS regulations and company requirements.
  • Conduct risk identification, hazard assessment, and monitoring in the factory.
  • Coordinate preventive maintenance (PM) on safety devices.
