Job Description :

• Implement the work plan of the Quality Management System and K3LL.

• Monitor and analyze the work plan for the Quality Management System and K3LL

• Conducting socialization / introduction (safety induction) of Health, Safety and Environmental Protection (K3LL) in the company environment for new employees, contractors and guests.

• Monitor the effectiveness of the implementation of the Quality Management System and K3LL

• Maintain Quality Management System and K3LL documents and make improvements if necessary.

• Performing the right procedure in the event of a work accident / emergency.

• Responsible directly to the HSE Manager.

Requirements :

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in K3 or equivalent.

• Minimum experience 3 years.

• Familiar with Pertamina Regulation (SIMLOK, SIKA, JSA, others).

• Good knowledge about K3.

• Hold valid certification of AK3 Migas/AK3 Umum.

• Understand ISO 9001: 2015 and OHSAS procedures.

• Familiar to develop HSE Report/Document: KPI, HSE Plan

• Able to join immediately.

• nspect Emergency Response facility to ensure the readiness for usage.
• Handle Contractor Work Permit to ensure contractor's activity is under HSE monitoring.
• Handle HSE promotion program by creating communication media through articles, posters, and other media.
• Create Environmental documents, such as RKL RPL Rinci, Rintek B3/Limbah B3, and Rintek Emission (if any updates).
• Ensure the related legal compliances, and prepare semesterly reporting both manual and online platforms to the Environmental Ministry and related parties in a timely manner.
• Facilitate discussions on HSE reports and findings.
• Create safety reports to Disnaker in a timely manner.
• Record and Control HSE Documents (Inc. Procedures, Manual, Guidance, HSE Activity, etc).
• Create and assess the legal and other requirements compliance and update the database if any new or changes regulations.
• Conduct Safety Patrol and Inspection through Workshop to assess the compliance of HSE regulations.
• Coordinate with related parties to follow up on nonconformities found during the Patrol or Inspection properly.
• Maintain equipment and coordinated with a vendor to arrange the re-certification schedule, including monitoring the personnel certification handled by HR
• Supervise the field job activities as a Safety Man, if needed.
• Deliver HSE training programs to employees and management to enhance safety awareness.
• Arrange Safety meetings to design and monitor the HSE Program.
• Support Incident Investigation program.
• Support HSE events, such as Safety Month celebrations, quizzes and rewards, etc.
• Conduct basic HSE training and evaluate the effectiveness of training results.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in health and safety, environmental science, mechanical engineering, or related field.
• Professional certification in health and safety is preferred.
• Having 5 (five) years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a mining environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify hazards, assess risks, and develop effective control measures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to promoting a culture of safety and environmental stewardship.

Jobs & Responsibilities :

• Prepare and carry out safety induction for new employees, visitors and contractors.

• Assist the HSE Coordinator in issuing work permits.

• Make a report on safety walkaround findings according to the work schedule

• Collect all near miss reports that have been reported by both employees and contractors.

• Identifying, handing over and taking PPE & first aid kits.

• Checking all fire equipment and reporting the results to the HSE coordinator.

• Assist the HSE Coordinator in implementing the handover of B3 waste, work accident report, safety equipment, HSE inspection, Safety briefing and emergency respons system.

• Communicating with related parties regarding the implementation of HSE inspections & activities.

• Participate in resolving any internal and external complaints.

Qualifications :

• Diploma/degree with at least 5 (five) years of work experience in accordance with his expertise.

• Fully work in the relevant agency.

• Physically and mentally healthy.

• Diligent, honest, and obedient to the orders of superiors.

• Able to work hard and be loyal to the company.

• Preferred Certified in Ahli K3 Umum (AK3U) from Kemenaker & BNSP, Basic Safety Training (BST), HSE Training, ISO 9001, 45001 & relevant field.

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab:

1. Melaksanakan implementasi prosedur keselamatan kesehatan kerja dan lingkungan hidup di tempat kerja
2. Melakukan inspeksi rutin untuk mengidentifikasi potensi bahaya dan risiko di tempat kerja
3. Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap peraturan Negara Republik Indonesia dan Standar Internasional yang berlaku
4. Melakukan Induksi, Re – Induksi dan familirisasi terhadap crew kapal dan karyawan office
5. Melakukan investigasi incident, cause analisys, preventive dan corective actions
6. Melakukan audit internal dan eksternal terkait HSE dan follow up temuan audit

Kriteria:

Pendidikan Minimal S1 K3, SKM,Teknik Dan Pelayaran

Berpengalaman minimal  selama 2 tahun sebagai HSE di perusahaan pelayaran

Diutamakan memiliki sertifikat BST, AUDIT SMKP, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 ISO 45001, AK3U

Mampu mengoperasikan komputer sistem SAP

Bisa berenang dan berpenampilan proporsional

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university in environment.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working HSE fields or other related functions. However, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in computers especially Microsoft Office.
• Excellent in Bahasa and English, both written and spoken.
• Having an OSHA Certificate is an advantage.

Job Descriptions:

• Periodic inspection at project / Fit out area to identify and evaluate health, safety and environmental conditions.
• Conduct safety briefings and inductions to project workers and new employees.
• Carry out safety Inspection activities
• Conduct re-inspections and follow up of findings related to safety issues.

7. Mengajukan proses training manpower untuk K3 dan Lingkungan

9. Melaksanakan kegiatan Pengangkutan Limbah B3

Requirements:

1. Laki laki, Maksimal usia 40 Tahun
2. Pendidikan S1 semua jurusan
3. Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun diposisi yang sama
