Job Purpose and Impact

The Business Implementation Associate Director will effectively lead all phases of medium scale digital project deployments and migrations including pre deployment, deployment, cutover and post go live support. In this role, you will drive results, proactively identify and resolve problems and partner effectively with all levels of the business organization as well as the supporting functions. Accountable for the delivery of digital projects including pre deployment work, deployment and post go live support through stabilization.

Role Objective

Lead end-to-end implementation of Smart Salary HRIS & Payroll projects — ensuring on-time, on-scope, and high-quality delivery.
