As our network expands, we require dedicated supervision to ensure chargers operate reliably, issues are resolved quickly, and coordination with landowners and site managers remains seamless. This role combines technical expertise with strong stakeholder management to guarantee well-maintained chargers, proactive support, and smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, monitor, and troubleshoot Otopods EV chargers to ensure optimal functionality and maximum uptime.

• Act as the primary point of contact for landowners, clients, and site managers where chargers are installed.

• Supervise charger installation activities at designated project sites (currently GBU Tanah Bumbu and Berau).

• Oversee implementation of electrification projects, ensuring each charger is installed and commissioned according to standards.

• Provide timely feedback and coordination support to internal Otopods operations and project teams.

• Ensure clear, consistent communication between clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
