er, you will ensure the reliability and availability of all production and utilities equipment having a long-term focus and providing input and coaching to planning and execution of maintenance plans, keeping health and safety as a priority. Also ensure adequate breakdown resolution for electrical and instrumentation related breakdowns and leads continuous improvements using Total Productive Management (TPM) tools.
Main Responsibilities
- Ensure Instrumentation & Electrical systems meet safety, legal, and HEINEKEN standards.
- Maintain ISO and HACCP compliance, including records of all critical instruments and radioactive sources.
- Develop and review procedures, maintenance standards, and troubleshooting guides.
- Manage spare parts for Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) systems to minimize cost and ensure availability.
- Oversee calibration processes and software backups for operational systems.
- Support installation and documentation of E&I systems.
Candidate Criteria
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Process Control / Instruments Engineering.
- Experience: Proven track record with minimum 5 years' experience with process control and automation in FMCG and large-scale industrial processes, especially in Endress Hauser instrumentation, Zenon, Krones, proleit and Allen Bradley PLC.
- Certified electrical safety practitioner (AK3 Listrik) will be an advantage.
- Familiar with TPM methodology.
- Language: Fluent and Proficient in English (written and verbal).

- Configure and program PLCs, DCS, and SCADA systems.
- Develop P&IDs, loop diagrams, and cause & effect charts.
- Lead system commissioning, testing, and validation efforts.
- Provide remote technical support and troubleshooting for operational systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize process performance.
- Manage vendor relationships for instrumentation and control equipment.
- Contribute to the development of engineering best practices.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electrical, Control, or relevant Engineering field.
- 7+ years of experience in instrumentation and control systems.
- Expertise in PLC, DCS, and SCADA systems programming and configuration.
- Strong knowledge of industrial communication protocols.
- Experience with field instruments (flow, pressure, temperature, level sensors).
- Familiarity with Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
