About the Role
PT Agro Perkasa, part of the Mewah Group, is seeking an experienced Insurance Executive to support our operations in Central Jakarta. This role plays a key part in managing insurance activities, strengthening risk management, and ensuring effective collaboration across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with brokers and the accounts department on insurance rate proposals.
- Host and actively participate in insurance review meetings with the accounts team from various entities.
- Build a strong understanding of insurance policies and provide training to enhance insurance knowledge within the group.
- Review and analyze risk identification across entities.
- Monitor and evaluate the Group's Risk Management Framework.
- Assist in and coordinate communication with brokers regarding claim processes.
- Identify areas of improvement and highlight weaknesses for management attention.
- Maintain and update the insurance list for all Group companies in Indonesia.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in insurance or risk management.
- Solid knowledge of insurance policies, claims processes, and working with brokers on rate negotiations.
- Familiarity with risk identification and risk management frameworks, with the ability to provide constructive recommendations.
- Strong facilitation and leadership skills in meetings, with excellent communication in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage time effectively.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with the capacity to train and build knowledge within the team.
