- Melakukan kegiatan penjualan kepada customer baru ataupun existing secara intensif untuk mencapai target penjualan, baik baru maupun renewal
- Membina hubungan dengan customer (new & existing) dalam rangka memperluas dan mempererat kerjasama yang dapat memperlancar bisnis, baik baru ataupun renewal
- Menangani account receivable yang menjadi tanggung jawabnya agar premi dapat dibayar dengan tepat
- Menangani permasalahan yang terjadi di segmen yang menjadi tanggung jawabnya agar kegiatan penjualan tetap dapat berjalan lancar
- Menangani kelengkapan data customer agar proses produksi polis dapat berjalan dengan lancar dan sesuai leadtime yang ditetapkan
