Our world-class Product and Engineering teams delivered almost 1,000 new features last year. As one of our Engineers, you'll play a vital role in the continued acceleration of our product strategy.
We're looking for Intermediate Software Development Engineers to help us scale our products and features. This role will help us continue the development and modernising of our core platform (which serves over 300,000 customers) as we continue to expand. You'll be able to learn from our cross-functional, geographically distributed teams and accelerate your career in a fully remote, flexible environment where you'll work from home.
Your key focus areas will be
- End-to-end development for new and current cloud-based applications, including working on the technology roadmap with Product Owners, designing solutions with your squad, new feature development, through to production, improving/optimising and maintenance
- Debugging and performing root cause analysis for application issues
- Taking initiative in recommending improvements to the development process
- Proactively identify application pain points and suggest mitigation strategies
- Performing peer reviews of code changes
- Performing testing of new features/enhancements/bug fixes
- Maintaining documentation and help articles for new/updated features
- Providing training sessions for the support team for new features
- Working closely with business stakeholders within an agile environment
