As International Business Development at HMNS, you will be at the forefront of expanding our fragrance brand across international markets. This role is a hybrid of strategy and execution from building B2B retail partnerships in Southeast Asia to activating brand experiences at global events. You will manage online and offline international sales, forecast demand, and uncover consumer insights to drive growth in international markets.

The position will work closely with upper management and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure HMNS stands strong as Indonesia's homegrown brand competing on the global stage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management or relevant fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing or sales, preferably with exposure to international business or retail.
• Professional proficiency in English (both verbal and written); additional language skills are an advantage.
• Proven experience in B2B partnerships or international business development; including commercial strategies, sales and distribution planning is preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with a proven record of successful negotiations.
• Strong understanding of consumer behavior analysis and market research in global contexts.
• Eager to learn and adapt in a dynamic business environment.
• Ability and willingness to travel overseas as required.

• Develop and implement international business strategies (both B2B and B2C) to penetrate new markets and strengthen our global presence
