Qualifications:

• Minimum education: Diploma (D3) in any major
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics
• Strong knowledge of procedures, regulations, licenses, export-import documents, and permits (PIB/PEB)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Kualifikasi:

What you'll be doing

• Coordinate the documentation and clearance procedures for exports and imports.
• Liaise with customs authorities, logistics providers, and clients to ensure timely and compliant shipments.
• Coordinate with shipping line, trucking, ppjk to ensure timely shipment.
• Monitor shipment status and provide regular updates to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the export/import process.
• Research and stay up-to-date with changes in export/import regulations.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar export/import or freight forwarding role.
• Thorough understanding of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and documentation export import requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients, suppliers, and authorities.
• Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
