5. Memperbarui dan menjaga sistem inventaris serta menyiapkan laporan stok secara rutin.
6. Mengidentifikasi peluang efisiensi dan perbaikan dalam proses pengadaan dan pengelolaan persediaan.

Job Description:

1. Memastikan pengiriman dan penarikan unit ke customer sesuai jadwal yang telah ditentukan dan SOP yang ditetapkan untuk menjaga kualitas pelayanan ke customer & data fisik kendaraan sama dengan data UIO.
2. Memantau semua unit yang dikirim ke customer terupdate di sistem dengan baik dan benar dan mengikuti SLA yang telah ditetapkan.
3. Melakukan koordinasi dengan Unit Kerja Purchasing & Marketing terkait kondisi dan kesiapan unit yang akan dikirim dan ditarik untuk memastikan pengiriman & penarikan dilakukan sesuai jadwal yg telah ditentukan.
4. Memastikan dokumen BASTK pengiriman unit diserahkan ke Unit Kerja Finance sesuai dengan SLA.
5. Mencari vendor sewa luar untuk keperluan RCTU apabila stock buffer RCTU tidak mencukupi untuk kebutuhan marketing sehingga promised delivery ke customer tercapai.
6. Menyajikan report dan analisa UIC dan UIO kepada seluruh PIC Unit Kerja terkait dan Accounting HO untuk closing.
7. Memantau pergerakan status buffer secara system dengan unit actual, serta rekonsiliasi UIO sehingga semua status dan lokasi unit buffer sesuai.

8. Monitoring unit buffer agar terutilisasi maksimal

9. Monitoring dan memastikan kunci serep kendaraan tersimpan dan tercatat dengan benar

1. S1 (Sarjana) dari semua jurusan

Job Summary:

AlloFresh is seeking dedicated professionals to join our Costing & Stock Control team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, enhancing system integration, and providing essential support for inventory movement and documentation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in the administration of daily inventory adjustments (Sales, Transfer Orders, Breakage, NED) in both Excel and NetSuite.
• Support the Stock Opname validation process by integrating inventory data across NetSuite, Seroja, and the WMS system.
• Provide assistance to the AP-Trade team in managing increased volumes of Purchase Orders (PO) and Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), expected from inventory purchases for DC opening and Marketplace activities.
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry and document tracking related to inventory and costing.
• Maintain good communication and coordination with relevant departments (warehouse, purchasing, and finance).

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or related field (Freshgraduates are welcomed to apply).
• Familiarity with inventory management and basic cost control processes.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table) and ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).
• Detail-oriented, fast learner, and able to work under supervision.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team.
• Comfortable to do branch on-site visit

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree majoring in any major, especially engineering.
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in daily warehouse and logistics operations in health, beauty, FMCG, or other related industries.
• Proficient in standard Warehouse Software (WMS and ERP system), OMS, PDT and Excel
• Good with numbers & orientation to detail
• Proactive and effective communicator in both verbal and written in Bahasa Indonesia, English is a plus
