Responsibilities

• Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

• Engage with potential buyers through meetings, presentations, and property viewings.

• Negotiate terms, finalise transactions, and oversee related documentation.

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

• Maintain accurate client information in the CRM system.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activity.

• Prepare and present regular sales reports.

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate sales or other high-value sales.

• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Indonesian language is an advantage).
