1. Translating & Interpreting
- Translate technical documents, contracts, project reports, and business correspondence from Mandarin to Indonesian/English and vice versa.
- Provide interpretation services during meetings, negotiations, presentations, or site meetings between the company and Chinese contractors/partners.
2. Communication Support
- Facilitate effective communication between the local team and Chinese contractors/engineers.
- Assist in preparing work reports, technical instructions, and project administrative documents.
3. Project & Contractor Coordination
- Support the contractor division in ensuring clear understanding of technical specifications, timelines, and project requirements.
- Coordinate information between departments (engineering, procurement, aftersales, and project management).
4. Documentation & Compliance
- Prepare and archive translated documents accurately and systematically.
- Ensure that all contractual documents comply with company standards and regulations.
5. Administrative & Support Tasks
- Assist in administrative tasks related to foreign contractors.
- Provide translation reports and meeting minutes to management.
Key Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Mandarin (both oral and written).
- Strong communication skills in Indonesian and English.
- Preferably experienced in the automotive or construction/contractor industry.
- Detail-oriented, able to work under pressure, and have cross-cultural understanding.
