Your Role: Technical Consultant (Farm Animal)
As a Technical Consultant, you will provide key technical advice and support to farm customers, helping Elanco achieve annual sales targets and strengthen customer loyalty. In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering farm consultation, product expertise, and customer engagement strategies that drive business growth while collaborating closely with the sales and marketing teams.

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide expert technical information on Elanco products and support the sales process.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to set customer targets and execute farm consultation plans.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of farm consultation and recommend corrective actions.
• Deliver technical training, presentations, and support materials for the sales team and customers.
• Report adverse events and product complaints in compliance with regulatory requirements.

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Science (with experience in farm management and poultry diseases).
• Experience: Minimum 3–4 years in the animal health industry, with prior technical support experience preferred.
• Skills: Strong communication (written & oral), proficiency in English, and effective presentation skills for both scientific and lay audiences.

Role Description

Peran ini membutuhkan kemampuan teknis yang kuat, komunikasi yang efektif, serta kemampuan untuk bekerja secara mobile dan mandiri. Posisi ini berperan dalam mendukung tim sales, memberikan presentasi, pelatihan, dan konsultasi teknis kepada pelanggan, serta melakukan riset pasar untuk memastikan solusi PIRANUSA sesuai dengan kebutuhan industri.

Tanggung Jawab Utama

1. Menjalin komunikasi serta memberikan konsultasi kepada calon pelanggan di sektor Manufacturing.
2. Menyampaikan presentasi produk CAD/CAM/CAE kepada pelanggan dan prospek dengan jelas dan percaya diri.
3. Memberikan technical support kepada pelanggan maupun calon pelanggan.
4. Menyelenggarakan sesi training dan workshop produk bagi pelanggan.

Kualifikasi

1. Pendidikan minimal D3-S1 di bidang Teknik Manufaktur, Teknik Mesin, atau Teknik Industri.
2. Memiliki pengalaman kerja 3–5 tahun dalam penggunaan software CAD/CAM/CAE, khususnya Solidworks, Siemens NX, ZW3D, dan ZWCAD.
3. Memahami proses desain manufaktur, termasuk Mold Design, Assembly Design, Parametric Design, serta Digital Prototype.
4. Terampil dalam membuat simulasi pergerakan mesin CNC untuk kebutuhan CAM.
5. Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi lisan yang baik dengan pelanggan maupun tim internal.
6. Mampu berpikir kritis, cepat tanggap, serta handal dalam menyelesaikan masalah teknis.
7. Memiliki kemampuan persuasif untuk meyakinkan pelanggan terhadap produk yang ditawarkan.

TRIPATRA is currently looking for a dedicated and skilled IT Technical Specialist to join our team on a project-based assignment.

Responsibilities:

Initial Setup & Infrastructure

• Provision user accounts through Citrix Portal
• Set up and configure endpoints (laptops, PCs, monitors)
• Install and configure required software and tools
• Integrate monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana)

User Support (Helpdesk/Service Desk)

• Handle daily support tickets (e.g., login issues, application errors, email problems)
• Perform password resets and access recovery
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes for Tripatra users
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Assist in meeting setup and provide IT support

Application Support & Integration

• Configure access to Citrix applications
• Set up access to Joint Venture (JV) Timesheet applications

Monitoring

• Monitor network performance
• Track and manage Tripatra and JV IT assets

Coordination with Vendors / JV IT Partners

• Coordinate with printing vendors, owner, and other peripheral suppliers
• Escalate issues related to hardware, software, or network to vendors or JV partners

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree (S1/D4) in Information Technology, Informatics Engineering, or Information Systems
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar IT technical support role
• Must be fluent in English
• Proven experience in IT technical support or a similar role
• Familiarity with Citrix, endpoint setup, and monitoring tools
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networking
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

As a Technical Consultant (Poultry), you will play a key role in planning, executing, and evaluating Sales Marketing Technical (SMT) initiatives to support poultry farm customers. In this role, you'll be responsible for advancing farm consultation programs, supporting sales and marketing strategies, and ensuring customer value through technical expertise and collaboration.

Your Responsibilities:

• Partner with sales and marketing to plan and execute farm consultation and EKS support for key customers.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of farm consultation tools and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Support sales and marketing in developing customer value strategies and executing sales plans.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in poultry, providing training to Elanco and distributor sales forces.
