Key ResponsibilitiesFleet Management & Maintenance
- Oversee the entire bike fleet, including standard bicycles, e-bikes, and specialty bikes, ensuring they are always clean, functional, and ready for rental.
- Develop and manage a preventative maintenance schedule, coordinating with in-house technicians and external vendors to minimize downtime.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and tools, optimizing stock levels to support timely repairs.
- Implement quality control checks to ensure all bikes meet safety and performance standards before every rental.
Operational Efficiency & Logistics
- Design, implement, and monitor efficient operational processes for check-out, check-in, distribution, and repositioning (rebalancing) of the bike fleet across various locations/hubs.
- Manage staffing levels and scheduling for all operations personnel (mechanics, rental agents, field staff) to ensure adequate coverage and operational flow.
