- Melakukan penumpukan bahan (laying ) dan penandaan pola (marking ) secara efisien untuk meminimalkan waste .
- Mengoperasikan mesin potong industri dengan aman dan presisi sesuai garis pola yang telah ditentukan.

2. Bagian Sewing (Penjahitan)
- Mengoperasikan berbagai jenis mesin jahit (misalnya: lockstitch , overlock , interlock ) untuk menyambung komponen garmen.
- Memastikan hasil jahitan memiliki kualitas, kerapatan, dan kekuatan yang konsisten sesuai spesifikasi produk.
- Melakukan perawatan ringan harian pada mesin jahit dan menjaga kebersihan area kerja.
- Bekerja cepat dan disiplin untuk mencapai target produksi harian.
- Pendidikan minimal SMP/SMA/SMK.
- Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai Operator Cutting atau Sewing di industri garmen/tekstil adalah nilai tambah. Fresh Graduate dengan keahlian menjahit/memotong yang kuat dipersilakan melamar.
- Mahir mengoperasikan mesin jahit industri (Jarum 1, Jarum 2, Obras, dll.).
- Mampu membaca dan memahami pola garmen serta instruksi kerja.
