Responsibilities

• Source and research new suppliers for raw and packaging materials. Including initial assessment and review of capability, portfolio and network.

Requirements

• University graduate majoring Pharmacy (Pharmacist is preferable)
• Minimum 3 years of Sourcing experience in Pharmaceutical industries
• Strong written and verbal communication skill (both in Bahasa Indonesia and English).
• Good in project management, negotiation, and Supplier Relationship Management
• Demonstrates drive, ownership, initiative, strategic thinking, and creative problem solving in response to the communications challenges and opportunities
• Ability to work effectively under intense stress and pressure especially in a crisis/issue
• Cross-functional engagement, stake-holder management, presentation skills
• SAP, Microsoft Office (Excel, Power point, Word), Microsoft Power BI skill is advantage

Position Summary – Sourcing Staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish, maintain, and expand relationships with factories and suppliers from various countries.

• Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers to secure the best value.
• Compare costs across multiple factories to ensure competitive pricing strategies.

• Collaborate closely with the Sourcing Manager to align sourcing activities with company objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, Supply Chain, or related fields.

About the Role

Responsible for negotiating favourable terms, volume discounts and long-term contracts with suppliers and third-party providers for the procurement of goods and services

• Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders from end to end
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for cost reduction, supplier consolidation, service delivery improvements and process efficiency
• Establish procurement controls and guidelines
• Review purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to AIA policies

Requirements :
