Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Director, located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Legal Director will be responsible for managing all legal aspects of the company, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, overseeing contract management, and handling legal issues related to mergers and acquisitions (M&A). The role requires providing legal advice to the management team, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and ensuring all operations adhere to applicable laws and standards.

• Demonstrated experience in successfully managing large-scale, complex programs and budgets, ideally in a remote or distributed setting.
• Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making capabilities.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders, including community members, policymakers, and funders.
