Architectural Leadership: Lead the technical design and implementation of new features and major architectural changes. Make key decisions on technology stack, design patterns (e.g., MVI, MVVM), and best practices.

Hands-On Development: Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code in Kotlin and/or Java. Develop complex features, fix critical bugs, and optimize app performance.

Mentorship and Guidance: Mentor and coach junior and mid-level developers, providing technical guidance, conducting thorough code reviews, and fostering a culture of quality and continuous learning.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend engineers to define project requirements, timelines, and technical feasibility.

Testing and Quality Assurance: Drive the team's testing strategy, ensuring robust unit, integration, and UI tests are in place. Champion a culture of quality throughout the entire development lifecycle.

Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, memory leaks, and other issues to ensure the application is fast, responsive, and stable.

Minimum Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of professional experience as an Android Developer, with a proven track record of leading and delivering complex applications.

Expert proficiency in Kotlin is a must. Strong experience with Java is also highly valued.

Android Ecosystem: Deep understanding of the Android SDK and modern Jetpack libraries (e.g., Compose, Room, Hilt, Navigation).

Architectural Patterns: Extensive experience with modern architectural patterns (e.g., MVVM, MVI) and their practical application.

Able to speak in English (user interview will be in English)

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Informatics, Information Systems, or related field
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in software development
• Proven experience in developing applications: Python, Flutter, Web based
