Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing QA/QC/laboratory activities and ensuring these activities run smoothly and efficiently.
• Ensuring the established guideline and procedure has been understood, followed, and implemented properly by all team members.
• Monitoring all activities related to repair, maintenance, and calibration of all equipment conducted as per stated procedure, Ensuring that all equipment used in the company (laboratory and production area) runs well as per the specification of the equipment.
• Handling any customer complaints or queries as necessary and wisely.
• Lead the investigation process and work closely with other Lead Departments for any problems that arise related to customer complaints, discrepancies during the analysis and reporting process, as well as incidents that occur.
• Support the activity related to all Environment, Occupational Health, and Safety (EHS) programs and requirements, especially in the laboratory, production and warehouse, where biological agents of concern are used, handled, or stored.
• Conduct training and assessment related to quality and safety, especially to QA/QC/Lab members and Technical Team (Operations and R&D Team).
• Support in the training of new staff on workflow and guideline/procedure/working instruction etc.
• Assist in the supervision of staff and promote teamwork, deals with any staff issues which may arise from time to time i.e. grievances, disciplinary matters, and others.
• Conducting the procedure related to IQA/Internal Quality Assurance (PMI/Pemantapan Mutu Internal) and EQA/External Quality Assurance (PME/Pemantapan Mutu Eksternal) follows the established procedure and complies with the government regulation.
• Responsible as a management representative and Penanggung Jawab Mutu for the implementation of the Internal Quality Assurance System which is integrated with CPOIB and the ISO 9001.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

• Melakukan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, monitoring dan evaluasi proses kendali mutu (QC) dan penjamin mutu (QA) serta seluruh proses produksi.
• Menyusun program dan mengelola Quality Management System (QMS), Food Safety Management System (FSMS), HACCP, Sistem Jaminan Halal, dan CPPOB.
• Bertanggung jawan untuk system management dokumen mutu.
• Melakukan inspeksi program mutu QA dan QC.
• Menganalisis data QC dan mengidentifikasi area untuk perbaikan system mutu.
• Melakukan monitoring bahan kimia , peralatan uji lab mikro dan kimia.
• Melakukan inspeksi temuan audit eksternal dan menetapan tindakan koreksi yang tepat.

Kualifikasi :

• Memiliki pengalaman minimal 3 tahun sesuai dengan posisi yang dilamar.
• Minimal pendidikan S1 Teknologi Pangan, Teknologi Industri, Kima Pangan.
• Memiliki sertifikasi ISO 22000:2018 sistem manajemen keamanan pangan.
• Memahami kualifikasi Audit HACCP, CPPOB.
• Memiliki sertifikasi Foos Safety Management System (FSMS).

Kualifikasi

• Lulus sarjana kimia dengan pengalaman kerja sebagai Assistant Laboratorium di Pabrik Kelapa Sawit minimal 5 tahun
• Memahami bisnis kelapa sawit serta kemampuan memahami proses grading TBS dan prinsip laboratorium yang berlaku di Mill

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab

• Membuat perencanaan kerja laboratorium serta mengawasi kegiatan operasional di laboratorium.
• Monitoring Limbah dan WTP.
• Memantau seluruh proses kehilangan dan kualitas produk, yaitu produksi, penyimpanan dan pengiriman berdasarkan Rencana Mutu.
• Memantau pengujian dalam proses (termasuk kualitas limbah cair seperti pH, suhu dan sebagainya) dan pengujian produk jadi
• Bertanggung jawab untuk penyimpanan dan penanganan bahan kimia dengan benar di laboratorium seperti pelabelan kontainer kimia dengan benar, tidak ada tumpahan
• Memastikan kebersihan di laboratorium.
