What You'll Be Doing
- Coordinate fieldwork with the Engineering Manager or Engineering Associate.
- Ensure that the work can be controlled according to the given target. Supervise and control technician staff and be responsible for the work and ensuring that field issues can be resolved.
- Ensure that the preventive maintenance is running with the schedule plan.
- Understand the condition of the problems in the building and know how to handle them efficiently and accurately. Having a basic understanding in the fields of electrical/electronics, mechanical, and civil.
- Can operate a computer. Able to create work reports, schedules, and data recaps. Conducting inspections on the onboarding property, reporting and creating reports to the Engineering Manager and Project Manager.
- Awareness of job risks and prioritizing safety, comfort, and security in the workplace.
- Able to coordinate and supervise vendors for work on the property. Having relations with trustworthy and professional vendors.
