Learning & Development bertanggung jawab untuk merancang, mengembangkan, mengimplementasikan, dan mengevaluasi program pembelajaran dan pengembangan yang strategis dan efektif bagi seluruh karyawan. Peran ini memastikan bahwa program-program yang dijalankan selaras dengan tujuan bisnis organisasi, mampu meningkatkan kompetensi, produktivitas, dan mempersiapkan pemimpin masa depan.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Perencanaan & Analisis Strategis (TNA/LNA)
- Learning & Development Roadmap
- Desain & Pengembangan Pembelajaran (Learning Design) (training, coaching, mentoring, e-learning)
- Mengembangkan, membuat, dan menyusun materi serta kurikulum pelatihan
- Implementasi & Fasilitasi( Melaksanakan program pelatihan, baik sebagai trainer, fasilitator internal maupun mengkoordinasikan dengan fasilitator eksternal, serta proses penjadwalan).
- Melakukan evaluasi terhadap semua program pembelajaran (Learning Report)
- Menganalisis data evaluasi untuk mengukur efektivitas program
Kualifikasi & Persyaratan
- Pendidikan S1 Psikologi, Manajemen, Human Resources, atau bidang terkait.
- Pengalaman Minimal 5 tahun pengalaman sebagai Learning & Development dan diutamakan Industri Transportasi & Logistic
- Menguasai konsep Instructional Design (ADDIE), dan evaluasi pelatihan dan Learning Management System.
- Memiliki Sertifikasi TOT BNSP menjadi nilai tambah
- Keterampilan komunikasi, presentasi, dan fasilitasi yang sangat baik.
- Kemampuan analitis dan pemecahan masalah.
- Kreatif dalam merancang materi pembelajaran.
- Terorganisir dan mampu mengelola beberapa proyek secara bersamaan.
- Mampu bekerjasama dengan tim
