Responsibilities

  • Support the Legal, Compliance, Litigation, and Legal Credit teams in handling day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Assist with document preparation and management, including contract tracking, regulatory submissions, and internal filing (physical and digital).
  • Create and update trackers using Microsoft Excel (including formulas, tables, and formatting for reporting).
  • Help organize and coordinate internal meetings, documentation schedules, and deadlines.
  • Communicate with internal teams and external parties (e.g., notaries, law firms, or vendors) as directed by the Legal team.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure proper document handling across all legal and compliance-related matters.
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth team operations.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in legal administration, compliance support, or general office administration—experience in a multifinance or financial services company is a plus.
  • Comfortable with basic Microsoft Excel functions (e.g., SUM, IF, VLOOKUP, etc.).
  • Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail, organized, and willing to learn.
  • Able to manage time and tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.
