•  Draft, review, and manage vendor contracts, NDAs, and service agreements with partners and suppliers.

•  Act as the main legal and compliance liaison between Valrhona HQ and Indonesian authorities/consultants.


•  Coordinate with local agents for KITAS (work and stay permits) for expatriate employees.

Qualifications & Skills


•  Bachelor's degree in Law, Legal Studies, Business Administration, or related field.


•  Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in legal affairs.


•  Experience in permits and regulatory processes (BPOM, Halal certification, PBG/SLF, operational licenses, etc.) is a strong asset.

Main responsibilities:

  • Strong analytical skills in providing legal advice in response to queries from management and other departments.
  • Conduct preliminary reviews of both commercial and legal aspects of new projects as outlined in proposals, agreements, correspondence, and other legal documents, and provide legal opinions to the relevant supervisor.
  • Ability to draft and negotiate agreements and other legal documents, including contracts for personnel, consultants, and purchase agreements.
  • Familiarity with and/or experience in applying for and registering intellectual property with the Indonesian Intellectual Property Office (Ditjen HAKI), including providing recommendations on related IP issues.
  • Assist in selecting and analyzing relevant international and national legal materials for the preparation of reports or legal opinions, including background materials, reports, papers, and other documents as requested by the supervisor.

Essential Experience Required:
