Tanggung Jawab
- Memberikan dukungan hukum dan nasihat untuk berbagai aspek operasional bisnis perusahaan, termasuk kontrak, lisensi, dan peraturan.
- Memantau perkembangan hukum dan peraturan yang relevan, serta mengidentifikasi dan mengelola risiko hukum.
- Mengelola proses litigasi dan negosiasi kontrak, serta memastikan kepatuhan terhadap hukum dan peraturan yang berlaku.
- Bertindak sebagai penghubung utama dengan pihak eksternal seperti pengacara, regulator, dan lembaga pemerintah.
- Membantu dalam pengembangan dan peninjauan kebijakan serta prosedur internal perusahaan.
- Memberikan dukungan hukum untuk proyek-proyek strategis dan inisiatif bisnis utama.
- Menerapkan praktik terbaik dalam manajemen proses hukum dan kepatuhan.
Persyaratan
- Gelar Sarjana Hukum (S1) dari universitas terkemuka.
- Memiliki setidaknya 5 tahun pengalaman profesional dalam peran hukum atau paralegal, dengan preferensi untuk pengalaman dalam industri transportasi atau logistik.
- Fasih berbahasa Mandarin dan Inggris, dengan kemampuan komunikasi yang baik.
- Memahami peraturan dan hukum yang berlaku di Indonesia, serta berpengalaman dalam mengelola isu-isu hukum kompleks.

We are seeking a seasoned Legal Supervisor to manage and resolve complex disputes within our mining operations. You will be the key person in handling conflicts, ensuring legal compliance, and mitigating risks to protect the company's interests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end resolution of legal disputes involving land, community, contractors, and labor, utilizing negotiation, mediation, and litigation strategies.
- Ensure all dispute processes and operational activities strictly comply with Indonesian mining, labor, and environmental laws.
- Proactively identify and analyze potential legal risks in mining operations and develop strategic mitigation plans.
- Manage all case documentation and prepare comprehensive reports for management on dispute trends, case progress, and resolution outcomes.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Law (S1 Hukum) is required. A Master's Degree (S2) is highly preferred.
License & Certification:
Must possess a valid Advocate License (PERADI).
Certified Mining Legal Consultant (C.M.L.C.) is a strong advantage.
Experience:
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a legal or dispute resolution role within the mining (nickel preferred) or Energy & Mineral Resources (ESDM) sector.
- Proven hands-on experience handling litigation/disputes (e.g., PMH, PTUN, Arbitration) is highly desirable.
Experience in managing mining permit processes is a significant plus.
Skills:
Expertise in negotiation, mediation, and conflict resolution with diverse stakeholders.
High integrity, professionalism, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Language:
Excellent proficiency in English (written & verbal) is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is a major advantage.

• Draft, review, and manage vendor contracts, NDAs, and service agreements with partners and suppliers.

• Coordinate with consultants to obtain and maintain all food-related certifications (e.g., BPOM, Halal, and other mandatory licenses) to ensure compliance with Indonesian regulations.
• Act as the main legal and compliance liaison between Valrhona HQ and Indonesian authorities/consultants.
• Coordinate with local agents for KITAS (work and stay permits) for expatriate employees.
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Legal Studies, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in legal affairs.
• Experience in permits and regulatory processes (BPOM, Halal certification, PBG/SLF, operational licenses, etc.) is a strong asset.
• Understanding of and familiarity with the OSS (Online_Single_Submission) System.

Main responsibilities:
- Strong analytical skills in providing legal advice in response to queries from management and other departments.
- Conduct preliminary reviews of both commercial and legal aspects of new projects as outlined in proposals, agreements, correspondence, and other legal documents, and provide legal opinions to the relevant supervisor.
- Ability to draft and negotiate agreements and other legal documents, including contracts for personnel, consultants, and purchase agreements.
- Familiarity with and/or experience in applying for and registering intellectual property with the Indonesian Intellectual Property Office (Ditjen HAKI), including providing recommendations on related IP issues.
