Experience:
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a legal or dispute resolution role within the mining (nickel preferred) or Energy & Mineral Resources (ESDM) sector.
- Proven hands-on experience handling litigation/disputes (e.g., PMH, PTUN, Arbitration) is highly desirable.
Experience in managing mining permit processes is a significant plus.
